Nice to meet you. My name is Nobuo Takahashi, representative of Takahashi Legal Office, certified administrative scrivener.Thank you for visiting our website. Let me introduce myself For over 20 years, I have operated a preparatory school for civil service exams and continue to teach at vocational schools and other institutions. I’ve long been drawn to the role of a certified administrative scrivener—a profession that allows me to work closely with people and help resolve their concerns. However, when I first took the administrative scrivener exam 20 years ago, I sat for it twice and was unsuccessful both times. Through my work in civil service exam preparation, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many students, sharing in their joy when they passed and their frustration when they didn’t. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the meaningfulness of this work. In recent years, I’ve also been actively involved in volunteer activities as a parent at my child’s school. This has given me opportunities to meet many individuals dedicated to supporting our local community—through neighborhood cleanups, the efforts of community welfare and probation officers, and the operation of children’s cafeterias. I’ve also gained valuable experience as a member of a municipal advisory council. These experiences reignited my passion for becoming an administrative scrivener, and I was finally able to pass the exam. Looking back, I now see that those earlier failures were also important milestones. I’m confident that the years of learning and hands-on experience I’ve accumulated will greatly benefit my work as an administrative scrivener moving forward.
