2.面談・ご依頼内容の確認（ともに無料）

　事務所にて面談を行い、ご本人のご希望、現在の在留状況、お仕事や学業の内容などを丁寧にヒアリングいたします。
　必要な在留資格の種類や可能性を検討し、手続きの方針をご提案します。
　当事務所以外におけるご相談の場合は「交通費の実費相当分」をご請求させていただく場合があります（料金表参照）。
　　　　　

3.お見積り・契約締結

　手続き内容が確定しましたら、正式なお見積書を提示いたします。
　業務内容・お見積もりにご納得いただき，契約書への署名・押印をもって正式なご依頼となります。
　着手金のお支払いをお願いいたします。
　　　　　

4.必要書類のご案内・収集支援

　申請に必要な書類のリストをお渡しし、お客様が準備すべき書類について丁寧にご説明いたします。
　当事務所では、関係機関から取得が必要な書類の代理取得も可能です。
　　　　　

5.書類作成・申請書の作成

　お預かりした情報・書類をもとに、申請書および理由書などを当事務所で作成します。
　申請前に一度内容をご確認いただき、修正や追加があれば調整いたします。
　　　　　

6.入国管理局への申請提出

　最寄りの出入国在留管理局へ申請を行います。
　　　　　

7.結果の通知・在留カードの受領

　申請の結果は、当事務所またはご本人宛に通知されます。
　申請が許可された場合は、新しい在留カードの受領など、必要な手続きを案内いたします。
　　　　　

8.書類の返却・報酬のお支払い

　申告書の控えや必要書類などお預かりした資料などをお返しいたします。
　残金や実費をお支払いください。銀行口座振込も可能です。

2.Meeting and Confirmation of Request Details (Free of charge)

　We will conduct an in-person consultation at our office, carefully listening to your wishes, current residency status, and details of your work or studies.
　Based on this, we will assess the appropriate type of residence status and its feasibility, and propose a suitable procedure plan.
　Please note that if the consultation takes place outside our office, we may charge the actual transportation costs incurred (see fee schedule for details).
　　　　　

3.Quotation and Contract Signing

　Once the details of the procedure have been finalized, we will provide a formal quotation.
　If you agree with the scope of work and the estimate, your official request will be confirmed upon signing and sealing the contract.
　We kindly ask for payment of the initial fee at that time.
　　　　　

4.Guidance on Required Documents and Support for Collection

　We will provide you with a list of the documents required for the application and carefully explain which items you need to prepare.
　Our office can also obtain certain documents on your behalf from relevant institutions, if necessary.
　　　　　

5.Preparation of Documents and Application Forms

　Based on the information and documents you provide, our office will prepare the application forms and supporting statements.
　Before submission, you will have the opportunity to review the contents, and we will make any necessary corrections or additions.
　　　　　

6.Submission of Application to the Immigration Bureau

　We will submit the application to the nearest Immigration Services Bureau.　　
　　　　　

7.Notification of Results and Receipt of Residence Card

　The result of the application will be notified either to our office or directly to you.
　If the application is approved, we will guide you through the necessary procedures, such as receiving your new residence card.
　　　　　

8.Return of Documents and Payment of Fees

　We will return all documents entrusted to us, including copies of the declaration form and other required materials.
　Please settle any remaining balance and actual expenses. Bank transfer is also available.
